“VITAEL: TAKES ON FOR THE THIRD TIME THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SKLAVENITIS FOOD STORE” IN THE NEW ISSUE OF BUILD E-MAGAZINE
In the December 2022 issue of Build e-magazine, it is mentioned that our company is undertaking the construction of a Sklavenitis store for the third time, in the suburb of Glyfada (part of the metropolitan area of Athens and located in the province of Attica) at the junction of 14, Zeppou and Xenophontos street. The Novacinema Odeon complex occupied that space from 1995 to 2021.
This is the second conversion of Odeon cinemas, as we took on the demolition of Odeon Starcity on Syggrou Avenue two years ago during the expansion of Hyatt Hotel.
In addition, our company has been entrusted with a series of projects for important retail chains, having completed the store of the French sports company Decathlon at Smart Park in the area of Spata and also in River West mall on Kifissos Avenue. Among the stores the company has also undertaken is that of the Plaisio Computers chain in the area of Rentis, of Venetis Bakery in Attiki Square, in Kolonaki on Milioni Street and in Omonoia Square in the historical building of Bageion. Among our projects are also the Leroy Merlin store near the Kifissias Avenue roundabout in Marousi as well as the Ganesh department store in the Village Shopping and More shopping center in the area of Rentis.
