VITAEL played a key role as the construction company in the impressive revival of the MINION building—an iconic landmark of Athens—90 years after its original construction. The project involved the reconstruction and enhancement of the building’s facades, as well as the interior layout work on both the ground floor and upper levels. All work was completed within the strict project timeline, aligning with the vision of transforming the renovated MINION department store into a modern, sustainable building. As a result, the project was successfully awarded the prestigious LEED Gold certification
