In the magazine KTIRIO, in the June 2024 issue, our project is published with the title: Reconstruction of the historic MINION & certification with LEED GOLD Study and construction of the new facades.

Our company, following the trend of the time and recognizing the need for projects with a low energy footprint, moves in this direction. Over the next three years, it will focus on sustainable development, prioritising the construction of green buildings. Read the article here.

April had another successful event for the construction sector on “Technical Companies and Architectural Work”, the 3rd ΒUILDING SHOW of KTIRIO Publications, which took place at the Athens Concert Hall on April 16, 2024.

In the February 2024 issue of Construction magazine with the title TOWERS & SKYSCRAPERS IN GREECE & CYPRUS, we present the historic MINION building with a full page entry.

Single page-ad to the ek magazine The Bar + Restaurant issue January/February 2024 regarding the presentation of the rooftop restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hotel.

In the article hosted by ek magazine in its November 2023 issue on the occasion of the extensive presentation of the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the construction activity of our company in the expansion of the Grand Hyatt Hotel is described in detail from the demolition of the Odeon Starcity cinema complex, the construction of the metal frame of the hotel, the reinforcements of the basement areas up to the metal construction of the restaurant on the 9th floor of the original hotel building. In addition, our other hotel projects are briefly presented.

In the article hosted by ek magazine in its June 2023 issue on the occasion of the extensive presentation of Pierce East campus in Spata, our different project categories have been briefly presented as well as the successful completion of the fit out works offering a sustainable, ecological educational institution with Kindergarten & Elementary School.

In this article of the Ktirio editions “Worksites” is described briefly our company’s goal and services and it is presenting special photos during the refurbishment of the Sarogleio Megaro with the description of the special techniques which have been used for the completion of the Moxy Athens City Hotel  till its final award with the LEED GOLD certification.

On Tuesday 21/2/2023 we participated to the 1st Building Show of KTIRIO EDITIONS which took place in the Museum of Visual Arts Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation attending the very interesting presentations of several important construction companies among them our company, VITAEL.
