VITAEL Awarded at the Environmental Awards
Among the winners of the Environmental Awards 2024, organized for the 7th consecutive year by BOUSSIAS Events, was VITAEL. The company received the Bronze award in the “Sustainable Built Environment” category for the construction of Greece’s first high-standard sustainable hotel, certified with the international LEED sustainable development system at the “Gold” level. This project is the Moxy Athens City, part of Marriott International, formerly the Sarogleio Mansion—a joint venture by Dimand, Prodea Investments, and EBRD. The building was fully transformed with green features, thanks to the contribution and expertise of VITAEL’s engineers, focusing on minimizing operational costs, optimizing efficiency, and promoting sustainable principles.
