The new dining area on the 9th floor of the 5* GRAND HYATT Hotel, 115, Syngrou Street, is a modern metal construction that began last winter while the hotel was in full operation.
Using modern materials, in an impeccable and harmonious collaboration between contractors and designers, one of the most impressive restaurants in Athens was built with a 270° view of the horizon, starting from the mountain of Penteli, crossing the entire basin of Attica and ending at the sea and the Athenian Riviera.
Our company is extremely proud of yet another successful collaboration with the U.S. Hines Group. With this special construction, following demanding architectural and electro-mechanical studies, 35 meters above the surface of the earth, with adverse weather conditions and the hotel in full operation, we overcame the challenges and achieved a wonderful result befitting the Grand Hyatt Hotels chain.
